Closed for lunch from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Our practice has a co-management agreement with FryeCare Urgent Care for your after hours needs.  When you arrive at the urgent care center please inform them you have been referred by our provider on call.  This will allow them to contact our provider if necessary.  This agreement is only in place for after hours care.  Please call our office during normal business hours.
